Pastor Paul Bains, a renowned advocate for community transformation and violence prevention in East Palo Alto, has been featured in stories for the impactful work in connection to the Homicide Zero achievement the city celebrated in 2023. While many community advocates, organizations and municipalities have played integral parts in bridging the gap between violence and peace, WeHOPE is thrilled to recognize the efforts of Pastor Bains.
